Paper mache birds

Craft projects
Inspired by a post on a blog I follow (http://ohsocrafty.blogspot.com), my 4 year old son and I made our own versions of the paper mache bird. I helped my son a bit, but he did the main shape and stuck on the final embellishments. I actually prefer his to mine (his is on the left, mine on the right)!! We used torn-up pieces from a floral picture from a magazine for the final paper layer. Using a glue gun we then added eyes, a kebab stick beak, pipe cleaner legs and feathers.
PS. I have decided to blog about my crafty projects as well as my Meggipeg designs that are for sale as I keep getting sidetracked and working on different things.
